Diminishing Jim returns to the legendary Toad's Place--DJ were back for a return show
at the legendary Toad's Place in New Haven on August 17, 2007. Another high energy
show with Megahertz, Shiver, Bad Habit and more.
Diminishing Jim + Bill Carleton = Fun Time at Schmedley's Pub--Yup, it was another
great double bill at Schmedley's with the Bill Carleton Band on Friday, April 7.
Third Time's A Charm at Schmedley's Pub--Diminishing Jim returned to Schmedley's
Pub in Storrs, CT on Saturday, December 3. This time they opened for the awesome Bill
Carleton trio. The band once again showcased their original material, debuting two new
songs--Verse Chorus Verse, and Something To Believe. The band also did a cover of
Voices Carry by Til Tuesday.
Diminishing Jim at the Legendary Toads Place--Diminishing Jim played the legendary
Toad's Place in New Haven, CT on Friday, October 21. The band showcased their original
material to a packed house. They shared the bill with Stormbringer and Unforgettable Fire.
Diminishing Jim Showcases Original Material at Schmedley's Pub--Diminishing Jim
showcased their original material at Schmedley's Pub in Storrs CT on Friday, October 7.
The band also introduced a version of Peter Gabriel's Shock The Monkey. DJ opened for
Pie, who were great as always.
Diminishing Jim Rocks Hurricane Katrina Benefit Show--Diminishing Jim took part in a
Hurricane Katrina benefit show to support the American Red Cross on Thursday,
September 15 at the Corner Pocket in Orange CT. It was a great gig for a great cause.
Other bands who put in great performances were Big Ed, Spicy White Chicken, Self Made
Soul, and Echoing August. Thanks to Craig from UltraRadio.com for his support.
Diminishing Jim Rocks Schmedley's Pub--Diminishing Jim opened up for the mighty
Donut Kings at Schmedley's Pub in Storrs CT on April 29. The band performed a 10 song
all original set. The show marked the live debut of Diminishing Jim, as well as the cd
release of Donut Kings' cd Nothinghead, so it was an exciting evening all around.
